To ensure that your needs for ready mixed mortar and screed are dealt with efficiently, we have created a Customer Service Centre and three dedicated Despatch Teams exclusively for mortars and screeds.

Our Customer Service Team at Norton Bottoms deals with your first enquiries, including technical and commercial issues, for mortar and screed.

Day to day ordering and despatching of mortar and screed are dealt with by our Despatch Teams who are based at or production plants at Humber, Newark/Lincoln and Peterborough.

When you have placed your contract for mortar or screed with our Customer Service Centre, you will be advised of our Despatch Team who will look forward to receiving your day to day orders, and who will assume responsibility for despatching readymixed mortar to your site. Collections are welcomed.
